Description: THIS AMENDMENT CLARIFIES THAT THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION, NOT A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region has a requirement for local telephone services at its Estes Powerplant located in Estes Park, Colorado. The resulting purchase order will include a base year period of 12 months, and four additional 12-month option periods. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 12 and 13, RFQ Number R16PS00842 is available for viewing through electronic commerce via https://www.fbo.gov and via Reclamation's website at http://fedconnect.net.
