- Raytheon Company, Integrated Defense Systems, of Woburn, Massachusetts is being awarded a sole-source modification P00030 under Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract HQ0147-12-D-0005. The value of this contract modification is $132,455,000 which increases the total ceiling value from $910,460,000 to $1,042,915,000. Under this contract modification, the contractor will continue software maintenance, models and simulations, engineering support and Ballistic Missile Defense System test planning, execution and analysis for X-Band radars. This modification will also include software development. No task orders are being issued at this time. The work will be performed in Woburn, Massachusetts. The ordering period is from date of award through October 31, 2017. Research, Development, Test and Evaluation funds will be used on this contract. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
