- Attch_ 13_GTSS_Technical_Data_Certification M67854-16-R-7803 GTSS MATOC and TO 0001 (West Coast) RFP released 26JUL2016 Based on previously published presolcitation notice, this Ground Training Support Systems (GTSS) Request for Proposal (RFP) M67854-16-R-7803 is provided (see attachment to this solicitation notice). While the GTSS RFP provides finalized guidance, the following RFP excerpts are provided for ease-of-reference: Note 1 - Due date for proposals is presently 2:00PM, 06SEP2016 local Orlando, FL time. Note 2 - Questions about the solicitation documents are due by 1400 (2:00PM) Local Time (Orlando, FL) 11 August 2016.... Questions shall be submitted via email to erik.halverson@usmc.mil. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or addressed. Note 3 - Any potential offeror who desires attachments 01 through 12 for this solicitation must complete, sign, and return the certification within this GTSS Request for Proposal, Attachment 13 (attached to this solicitation notice). The Government will only provide access to qualified U.S. contractors. No data will be provided until the Government has received and verified the signed certification. Once the signed certification has been verified, all solicitation documentation will be emailed to the Data Custodian POC (point of contact) email via AMRDEC (U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Research Development and Engineering Center Safe Access File Exchange Web Application).
