- Description
- The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications to restore and repair interior of historic building to include carpet, VCT, ductwork, lighting and communications. All work performed by the contractor shall result in a complete, functional system. Authority: The Contracting Officer sites 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (5) as the authority for use of other than full and open competition for an 8a Sole Source Award. In coordination with the SBA, MICC - Fort Leavenworth offers JOC Task Orders to fulfill SRM construction requirements to eligible 8a SB Concerns IAW FAR Subpart 19.804-5. This is a Sole Source 8a award made under the DOD/SBA Partnership Agreement (PA) - provided under the authority of DFARS Subpart 219.8 and clause 252.219-7009 for Section 8(a) Direct Award. Separate Justification and Approval not required in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-5 (b)(4)
