- Description
- Hazardous Waste Removal/Transportation & Disposal Services from various U.S. Military and Government activities in the Iwakuni, Japan area. The Solicitation is expected to be issued on or after August 23, 2016 with responses due on or after September 23, 2016. The solicitation will be available for download on the www.fbo.gov website. The Solicitation will result in a single, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The contract will have an 18-month base period with the Government unilateral right to exercise two 18-month option periods. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Offerors must have all required prefectural permits, registrations, and licenses to perform work in the country of Japan. In addition, the successful offeror must be licensed and registered to enter and stay in Japan in compliance with local law. The Government does not provide the contractor with SOFA status or any logistical support under the resultant contract. Note that the issuing office for this solicitation will be DLA Disposition Services, J-762, 1025 Quincy Avenue, Suite 316, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, 96860-4512.
