- Solicitation (Local Vendors Only) COURIER SERVICE The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, material,transportation, supervision and any other resources necessary to perform courier service. The courier service shall be required to pick up and deliver laboratory specimens and miscellaneous items from the 8th Medical Group Laboratory and deliver it to the 51st Medical Group Laboratory. Laboratory specimens and Laboratory and delivered back to the 8th Medical Group Laboratory.
