- New power will be provided from existing motor control center and branch circuit breaker panels located inside the exclusion zone for the existing groundwater treatment plant. The new conductors will be run through conduits that will be located in the attic of the motor control center and onto existing cable trays that are located in the process area of the groundwater treatment plant.
