- As the USAID technical offices continue to provide input into developing answers to the myriad questions received by prospective offerors, USAID anticipates formally amending the RFP by July 29, 2016. This will lead to at least a 1 week extension in the submission of Past Performance Information and a 1 week extension in the submission of offers. However, please refer to the terms of the final amendment for the final details. This is merely a message to help prospective offerors plan their offer submissions without unnecessary confusion.
