- This is a Request for Information and Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal, Quote or Bid. No solicitation is currently available. The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for South Carolina is seeking information regarding the capability and availability of potential business sources in support of a potential requirement to convert six (6) transformers (GFC-075S, P/N 196-17007-2, S/N 1160 – 1165) from a SFLED unit to a mobile Ground Power Unit (GPU). The unit will retain the same part number and serial number, but will require an added modification label above the nameplate to identify the conversion. The model number logo will be changed to Model Number GFC-75M. In the event of an actual solicitation, it is anticipated that a negotiated firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract based on LPTA will be issued. Responses should include the company name, address, contact name and title, phone number, e-mail address and classification under the NAICS code referenced above. All responses should include the company’s CAGE Code, DUNS Number and Tax ID. This notice does not constitute a request for formal proposal. This notice is provided as information to the market place, and is an invitation for an expression of interest and a brief demonstration of qualifications to perform and deliver the anticipated requirement. The Government will neither pay, nor reimburse, for any expenditures incurred for the development of such information. All interested, responsive and responsible contractors are encouraged to participate in this market research by submitting a response via e-mail to SGT Christopher A.
