- PR 0064062956 NSN 1680-99-873-2046 Issue Date: August 10, 2016 Close Date: September 09, 2016 STRAP, WEBBING, NACES IAW SOURCE MARTIN-BAKER AIRCRAFT CO LTD CAGE: U1604 P/N: MBEU142507 Manufacture IAW Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. Requirement is a 100% unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Electronic quotes are NOT acceptable for this solicitation. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 1310 each. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. This is a Life Support Item therefore Surplus Material WILL NOT be accepted. Higher Level Quality is required. Critical Application Item THIS IS A NAVY IDENTIFIED CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI) The required production lead-time is after receipt of order (ARO). FOB: Origin I: Origin A: Origin Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
