- General Description Provide all labor, parts, and equipment to repair the failed Fire Dampers as listed below in this document on the Togus, ME campus. Work to include repairing, creating access points and re-inspecting the following: o Install Access doors and patch in 8 locations. o Repair Fire Dampers in 4 locations. o Re-inspect fire dampers in 19 locations. All locations are accessible. All work shall be certified by professionals licensed to practice. Final electrical connections to be performed by the VA personnel on site. All contractor employees, including sub-contractors, shall have a minimum safety training of the 10 hour OSHA safety course. The superintendent, on-site supervisor, shall have a minimum of the 30 hour OSHA safety course certification and deemed as the "competent person" for the project.
