- PR 0064080725 NSN 1670-01-099-2380 Issue Date: August 10, 2016 Close Date: September 09, 2016 TIMER DELAY ASSEMBLY, MANUFACTURE IAW US ARMY NATICK SOLDIER CENTER, CAGE 81337, DWG 11-1-894-1 AND APPLICABLE SUPPORTS THIS RFP IS A 100% Small Business Set-Aside Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply Electronic quotes are NOT acceptable for this solicitation. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 301 each Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. Progress Payments (SB) are included This is a Life Support Item therefore no surplus material will be accepted. Higher level quality is required. The required production lead-time is after receipt of order (ARO). FOB: Origin I: Origin A: Origin Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Production Lot Testing (PLT) applies ****FAT/PLT***** FOB: Destination I: Origin A: Destination Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
