- Special Notice: The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Natick Contracting Division in support of the U.S. Army Natick Soldier RD&E Center (NSRDEC) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to American Cutting Edge, Inc., 480 Congress Park Dr., Centerville, OH for 4,000 solid carbide Tungsten blades. These blades are custom made components for a Neumag Rotary Head Cutter (NMC-150) from a proprietary design. American Part# TC063001 was created for specifically for the NSRDEC and is unique to the equipment for when they are made. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332216 Size standard 750 EMP Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground CCAP-SCN, Natick Contracting Division via e- mail ONLY to Andrea Albanese, Contract Specialist, at andrea.l.albanese.civ@mail.mil no later than August 9, 2016, 12:00 PM (EST). The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice.
