- There is a pending pre-award bid protest, at the Government Accountability Office (GAO), file number B-413328. The basis of the protest is that the solicitation requirements are 1) the solicitation's evaluation criteria is ambiguous and inconsistent with what the government actually provided and 2) the services required are beyond the minimum requirement of the government. The Air Force will furnish copies of the protest submissions to all intervenors, except where disclose of the protest submission information is prohibited by law.
