- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Pocatello Supply Depot is seeking sources to provide 1 55 gallon drum of Neutroleum Alpha. The Pocatello Supply Depot (PSD) sells several products used for wildlife damage management. One aspect of managing wildlife damage is controlling malodors associate with wildlife. The PSD has purchased Neutroleum Alpha in bulk quantities and repackaged it into smaller quantities for redistribution. Neutroleum Alpha has been a proven and effective product for controlling malodors associated with wildlife, such as skunk odor, feces and urine odors, and decomposing animal odors. Responses to the announcement will be used to determine acquisition strategy (e.g., small business set-aside, full and open competition). This announcement does not commit the Government to award of a contract. No contract award may be made based on the responses as this sources sought notice is for informational purposes only. This will be a firm fixed Purchase Order. All pricing to include any and all costs but not limited to: overhead, general and administrative costs, profit, and transportation.
