- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE For PUBLIC USE AREAS SUSTAINABILITY UPGRADES SKIATOOK LAKE, OKLAHOMA This is a pre-solicitation notice; for the above noted construction project. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this pre-solicitation or any follow up postings. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Tulsa District has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for Public Use Areas Sustainability Upgrades, Skiatook Lake, Oklahoma. Proposed acquisition will be a competitive, firm-fixed price, construction only contract procured in accordance with FAR 13, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This is a Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. In accordance with FAR 36/DFARs 236, the magnitude construction cost price range for this project is : $100,000and $250,000. Estimated duration of the project is 120 calendar days. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 237990 which has a small business size standard of $36.5M. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is on or about 9 August 2016, and estimated proposal due date will be on or about 8 September 2016. The official solicitation number will match this pre-solicitation number and be issued on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) www.fbo.gov.
