- This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing Noun: Pilot and Co-Pilot Displays, NSN 7025-01-527-6510GA (Part Number: AVM4055FN); Noun: Flight Engineer Display, NSN 7025-01-527-7689GA (Part Number: AVM4090A); and Noun: Flight Engineer Articulating Arm, NSN 5340-01-527-7688GA (Part AMA084AASAIC) which are applicable to the UH-1N Helicopter. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus four ordering periods. For each NSN, the Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) shall be the same for the basic period and each ordering period. The quantity for NSN 7025-01-527-6510GA is 12 each; the quantity for NSN 7025-01-527-7689 is 6 each; and the quantity for NSN 5340-01-527-7688GA is 1 each. Destination: DLA Distribution, Robins AFB, GA. Routine Delivery: 60 days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. This is a sole source requirement to Avalex Technologies Corp, 2665 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze FL 32563. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
