- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins anticipates issuing an acquisition for replenishment spare parts applicable to the F15 ESTS Program using other than full and open competition procedures. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Items/quantities are as follows: NSN 6130015936135KV, Power Supply, P/N 150-0003-000-PS, Qty 5 Ea. Required delivery: Approximately 120 days after written notice of award. The Government intends to solicit only one source to Tracewell Systems Inc, 567 Enterprise Dr., Westerville, OH 43081-8883, (CAGE 1PMK5) pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Detail drawings are not available from the procuring activity. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information submitted by interested persons will be used for market research. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns if any.
