- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a Sole Source Contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to ERI Economic Research Institute for a total of five (5) proprietary licenses to ERI Professional Assessor series platform library database including quarterly updates. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be 09/01/2016 - 08/31/2017. This annual subscription will allow IRS compliance organizations to conduct an analysis of executive compensation across a valid sample of tax exempt organizations. This service will also provide IRS with information related to logical relations among various tax exempt organizations. This NOTICE is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and no solicitation will be publicized. However, if you have the capability to fulfill this requirement; you may submit such capabilities in writing to the IRS Primary Point of Contract. Written response to this NOTICE must be provided to this office electronically no later than July 29, 2016 by 12:00 PM, Eastern Time.
