- Presolicitation Notice *DESCRIPTION 1 JOB; Chamber Study *PROCUREMENT TYPE The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis for this requirement in accordance with FAR PART 12 and 13 1 JOB; Chamber Study. This requirement is sole source Chamber Services Inc., 11521 Monarch Street Garden Grove, CA 92841, due to the proprietary nature of the existing Anechoic Chambers design and structural analysis data, which includes drawings, documentation, and RF performance/ structural analysis software data files, only Chamber Services can provide the RF performance/structural analysis for utilizing the current chamber designs for a new chamber facility. Any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-16-T-0297 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
