Description

MODIFICATION TO PREVIOUS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Central Texas Veterans Health Care Systems (CTVHCS) Contracting Office (90C) at the Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC), Temple, Texas; anticipates awarding a Fir-Fixed-Price (FFP) Construction Contract for the North Texas Veterans Health Care Systems (STVHCS) located at 4500 So. Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas 75216 for procurement of Project 549-16-164 Replace Bldg. 2J, Atrium Flooring. Posted 'Pre-solicitation Notice' dated July 22, 2016; is hereby modified to merely correct the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this construction requirement. The applicable NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size limitation standard of $36.5 Million. The magnitude of the construction projects range is between $1,000,000 ($1M) and $2,000,000 ($2M). All other provisions posted on July 22nd, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
