- Description
- Education Support Services (Fall 2016-Summer 2017) The CDSE Education Division offers a security curriculum comprised of 17 graduate-level courses designed specifically to develop leaders for the DoD security community. Courses are offered in a virtual instructor-led CLE, making them available to U.S. military and Government employees worldwide. The Vendor shall provide a SME instructor to maintain and present each course to a class of up to 20 students, over a 16 to 17 week period. The intent of these courses is to provide an educational opportunity for mid-career security specialists to gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of complex subject matter that is essential for security professionals to move into senior leadership and executive positions in the Federal Government. These courses shall develop each student's ability to become more effective security leaders in the DoD. The courses shall include instruction, activities, case studies, research papers, scholarly reading assignments and other methods of instruction that facilitate in-depth analysis of complex issues. Each course shall be presented and administered in accordance with the established CDSE Detailed Designed Document (DDD). Each DDD describes the course, includes a detailed course syllabus and all documentation required to present the course.
