- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORY TESTING SERVICES (soil and rock) to Corps of Engineers project sites within the New England District; MA, CT, RI, NH, and ME. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform laboratory testing on various soil and/or rock samples. Services will be rendered to Corps of Engineers project sites throughout New England. The intent of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' projects. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be a period of 12 months from the date of award. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may not exceed $25,000 in total cost. The intent of this Blanket Purchase Agreement is to provide the government with a cost-effective way to support U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' projects throughout New England. This solicitation will be available on or about 09-AUGUST-2016. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED and available vendors of all sizes. The applicable NAICS code is 541380. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
