- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Nlyte Software Americas Limited, 2800 Campus Dr. Suite 135, San Mateo, CA 94403-2554, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The OCC is in need of support and licenses for the integration of RFID into the Nlyte software. The Nlyte DCIM software is used to manage the OCC remote data center environments and assets. RFID stands for Radio-frequency identification, and it is used to track the physical location of hardware, making asset inventory more reliable. The licenses are plug-ins to the existing software that the OCC already owns. The professional services is required to assist in the integration of the RF code asset management licenses. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received in writing within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
