A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS WILL BE POSTED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT on FBO AND FEDCONNECT UNDER SOL-CI-16-00070*** The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center (AWBERC), located at 26 W. Martin Luther King Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45268 has a requirement for a Cafeteria Services. A Draft Statement of Work is attached to this announcement. The acquisition of this Commercial Service will be subject to full and open competition and will be processed in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The anticipated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) for this requirement is 722310 Food Service Contractors, with a small business size standard of $38.5M. All offerors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of Government contracts. Please see www.sam.gov for additional SAM registration information. An organized site visit will be conducted at the AWBERC facility on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 1:30 PM EDT. You must register in writing through the Contract Specialist identified below in order to attend the site visit. Registrations will be accepted until 2:00 pm (EDT) Wednesday, August 17, 2016. Your request to attend the site visit must include the Full Name and Driver ¿s License Number for each attendee. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to have the correct personnel attend the site visit based on the requirements identified in the attached Statement of Work. There should be no more than three (3) attendees from each potential offeror. Requests to attend the site visit after this date and time may not be honored. No hard copies of the solicitation, including the Statement of Work, will be provided at the site visit. Attendance at the site visit is not a prerequisite for submitting a proposal. It is anticipated the solicitation, including the Statement of Work, will be posted on FedBizOpps and FedConnect on or about August 1, 2016. No hard copies will be provided.
