- MISC. LINE HARDWARE RESTOCK FOR RC LINE CREW - TO BE DELIVERED TO THE RAPID CITY FIELD OFFICE, SD. Western Area Power Administration anticipates issuing a solicitation under for one (1) Firm-Fixed Price contract award for miscellaneous line hardware. This synopsis is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code assigned to this project is 335932 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees or less. The brand name part of this requirement pertains to the AFL brand items and Hughes brand Yoke plates. This brand name requirement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1). The solicitation and brand name justification will be posted on or about July 25, 2016, with responses due back by August 5, 2016.
