- AMENDMENT 0006 IS HEREBY ISSUED TO REFLECT THE FOLLOWING: The Bureau of Land Management will not be closing Valley of Fires Recreational Area, as previously anticipated. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating daily construction activities with the Contracting Officer's Representative and Valley of Fires Recreational Manager, to insure the safety of the Public, and Recreational Park Staff. No additional payments shall be made to the Contractor for Coordinating Construction Activities. Coordination shall be considered Incidental to the Completion of the Project, as per General Note 18 "Notification" in the Plan Set. Temporary Construction Fencing shall be utilized as necessary to mitigate and insure Public Safety, as per General Note 16 "Open Trenches" in the Plan Set.
