- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is contemplating issuance of a sole source contract action pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS for this requirements in 541613. HRSA intends to issue a sole source contract to Professional Sports Publications, Inc. (PSP) located at 570 Elmont road, Elmont, NY 11003-3535. The purpose of this procurement is to purchase full page, four color print-ad space in the 2016 USA Today Hispanic Living and the official Major League Baseball (MLB) Game Day Magazines. PSP is the sole official contractor with key sports-related organizations, specifically the MLB, and with USA Today's life-style program, specifically, Hispanic Living. The anticipated delivery date for the print-ad publications is September 6, 2016. All other interested sources may provide a satement of capability to HRSA for consideration. All responses must be received by 4PM EST on August 1, 2016.
