- Salient Characteristics: Product should meet these requirements. Request for Quote Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number FA4528-16-T-0046 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. (iv) This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 314910 with a size standard not to exceed 500 employees (U.S.) (v) CLIN 0001 Marquee Tent System - qty 4 each (vi) CLIN 0001 Marquee Tent System to include: (1) 20x20' Tent (16oz vinyl/polyester fabric material). Water based coating to prevent mildew. (4) 90 Degree Corner (4) 20' Wall Cable (4) Aluminum Wall Joiner (4) Pins (2) 20x20' Cross Cables (8) Eve Tube Aluminum (4) 8' Post Aluminum, (1) Center Pole (1) 20x20' Top (1) 20x20' Parts Box (2) 8X20 Plain Rod Tension (1) 8 X20' French window (1) Lift Tool (8) 3/4"x36" Double Head Stake (1) Stake Puller (1) Storage Container for Tent, Accessories and Cover 3-5 year warranty Fire Retardant Tent must include cover w/sides (preferably see through) and able to roll up. Tent must be able to withstand 25-45 knots and must be able to anchor to the ground. (vii) Place of delivery is Minot AFB, ND 58705 and is FOB destination. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. Supplies: The government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The other factors considered will be the ability to meet the salient characteristics of the items above. Award shall be based on best value to the government. (x) The government advises Offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. Offerors are also reminded to complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
