- Attachment 9 - Wage Determination Attachment 8 - Directions to Project Site from Delta, CO Attachment 7 - Existing Electrical Panels Mount System Attachment 6 - Electrical Panels New Mount System Attachment 5 - Existing acoustical ceiling Attachment 4 - Hallway Ceiling Panels Attachment 3 - Attic Access and Condition Attachment 2 - Metal Roof Photo Attachment 1 - Location Map Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for construction alteration and repairs at the Paonia Ranger District and Administrative site on the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. The office is located at 403 North Rio Grande Avenue in Paonia, Colorado. This Janitorial Contract shall include management, tools, equipment, materials and labor necessary to ensure that the Bid Items listed in the solicitation meet State, Federal and applicable codes. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for August 2, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Details of the meeting are included in the solicitation. The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory but is recommended. All participants should RSVP by August 1, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. by contacting Peggy Dobie at 970-642-4415 or pdobie@fs.fed.us. This is a total small business set aside. The anticipated date for award of this solicitation is August 16, 2016. The due date is identified in the solicitation. The solicitation is available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM - www.sam.gov ) to be considered responsive to this solicitation. SAM is a free service. All offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offerors.
