- Description: Deadline for receipt of offers: 11:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time (JST), Friday, 26 August 2016. All questions must be submitted no later than 8:00 a.m. Japan Standard Time (JST), Friday 19 August 2016. Quotations may be acceptable via e-mail to yuki.watabe.jp@us.af.mil The contractor shall provide one (1) fully automated random access chemistry analyzer, capable of performing the chemistry and immunoassay tests listed in Table A1, with a minimum throughput of 150 tests per hour, all sample and calibrator dilutions must be performed automatically. The contractor shall provide all training, supplies, reagents, unscheduled maintenance, and preventive maintenance for the equipment. All costs will be calculated on reagent rental basis based on the number of patients listed for each Mandatory Test or Desired Test listed in Table A1. Costs shall be amortized over the total number of tests described in this SOW and factored into the cost per reportable or patient billable. IAW FAR 13.501(a), Sole Source (including Brand Name) acquisitions, J&A for this purchase is also attached. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
