Questionnaire State of Idaho Workers' Compensation Insurance Wage Determination Combined Synopsis AG-02RC-S-16-0119 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-49. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is AG-02RC-S-16-0119 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All firms or individuals responding must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov. Information concerning SAM registration can be found in FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications on page 11. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 113210 (Forest Nurseries and Gathering of Forest Products) Size Standard is $11.0 million. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Only one award will be made for this solicitation. General Information The intent of this solicitation is for the collection of Western White Pine Cones from a 19.8 acre seed orchard and 6.9 acre seed orchard. The cones are to be picked from the seed orchard trees, cleaned of all needles and debris for Government delivery to the cone shed for processing. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and supplies needed to perform the work. The cone crop forecast predicts there is a range of 800-1200 bushels of cones to be harvested. Location The project is located at the Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Lone Mountain Seed Orchard. Response Date: August 5, 2016, by 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
