- RFQ Document F3NT076139A001 700 CONS is considering a firm-fixed-price contract for a 12 Month Rental with 1 Option period for a 7-ton Lower Lob Cargo Loader for use by 721 APS. Place of performance: Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Submit quotes via email to the following POCs: Contract Specialist: David Volberg, david.volberg@us.af.mil Contracting Officer: Shasta Davis, shasta.davis@us.af.mil Organizatioal Email: Team 2, 700CONS.LGCB.Team2@us.af.mil Please provide quotes in accordance with the attached RFQ document. Requirement Description: CLIN 0001 - BASE - Electric-powered 7-ton Lower Lob Loader (RENTAL) Period of Performance: 1 Oct 2016 - 30 Sep 2017 LAWECO CML 7 - GREEN LINE or equal Equivalent items need to meet the following requirements: -suitable for handling the following types of container/pallets: (LD3-LD8) in the lower deck and main deck area of aircrafts such as 767/DC10/747/777/737/A300/A310 - Loader should handle up to loads of up to 7000 kg - main platform should have a rotation option for the baggage bins. - include an operator, workshop personnel training course according to specification, and final inspection of the unit into the rental price - Provide the following two sets per unit of the technical literature with the dispatch of the equipment: Operation manual (Local language and English); Maintenance manual (Local language and English); Trouble shooting list of facilitate diagnosis/repair of faults (English); Spare part catalogue ( English ) - Contractor to provide full service package during lease period to include: maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance intervals, corrective maintenance (not caused by 721 APS personnel), parts exchange, and tire wear.
