(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Miami Florida, station 546 has a need to procure Corneal Topography Cameras. (ii)The combined synopsis solicitation number and the Request for Quote number is VA248-16-Q-1141. (iii)This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88_6-15-16 as of (6-23-2016). (iv)The combined synopsis solicitation is set aside to all small businesses. The NAICS is 333314. Business size standard is 500 employees.
