- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-648-0670, PR 0064132366. This is a Request for Proposal for a Definite Quantity. This NSN is a non-commercial item that contains requirements for higher level quality and configuration control. This is a Critical Application item. There is one approved source of supply for this NSN which includes Boeing Company (CAGE 81205) in accordance with part number 2-7776-2. NAICS is 336413. This is a stock buy. The FOB point is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. Delivery schedule is 195 days ARO. The required quantity is 79 units. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis using other than full and open procedures. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and will be furnished by the Government. Request for a written proposal, please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4165. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
