- VEHICLE RENTAL SPREADSHEET **PLEASE NOTE THIS RFQ NOTICE IS A BPA CALL SET ASIDE FOR CURRENT SMALL BUSINESS MSC SSU GUAM VEHICLE RENTAL BPA HOLDERS** 1. USS EMORY S. LAND is requesting the following vehicles for the period of 05AUG16-30SEP2016 (57 days). Estimated Arrival Date: 05 Aug 16 ETA: 0800 Estimated Departure Date: 30 Sep 16 ETD: 0800 Location of Vessel: ALPHA Pier, Naval Base Guam Types of Vehicles and Quantity: -Three (3) Mid-sized Sedans -Three (3) Pick-up Trucks (4 door preferred) -Three (3) 15 Pax Vans -Six (6) 7 Pax Vans 2. Please advise availability of vehicles. If above vehicle types/quantity/schedule are not available, request you provide alternatives for consideration. Call will be awarded to vendor able to provide the full requirement at the lowest price. When necessary, calls may be awarded for a portion of the requirement. For convenience, attached spreadsheet may be used to provide firm-fixed-price total. Offeror is responsible for verifying that formulas and calculations are accurate. 3.
