- Seeking Software as a Service for 1 year for Hometown news releases to different media markets 5 users Designed to issue hometown news releases to a specific targeted market (news such as basic training completion, qualification schools, AT, accomplishments, achievements etc) Highlights the individual in that area. Ability to quickly and efficiently send messages tailored to smaller media markets Enables the Public Affairs office to send out an unlimited number of hometwon releases in a timely manner with the push button off of a spreadsheet Provide capabilities to include photo, video and other attachments to the release The goal is to improve communications with audiences and be able to highlight accomplishments achieved by the organization's personnel Unlimited releases (or send your proposed bundles) With SaaS there is no installation required on computers ** Questions concerning this requirement must be received NLT 1000hrs on 25 JUL 2016.
