- LTC PROJECT FOR IQC 1000048820 for NSN: 1560-01-046-8585, NOMENCLATURE: Connector, Compensator. This item is used on the F-16 Aircraft. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This item is Configuration Controlled, by Lockheed Martin Corporation, cage 81755, P/N C7850. The other approved manufacturer is RSA Engineered Products, LLC, cage 14711, P/N 55A407-1. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one, one-year base year and four, one-year option periods. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 11 each. The Guaranteed minimum quantity is 3 each for the base year period only. The required production lead-time is 257 days ARO. Item is a critical application item, but is not a Critical Safety Item. Export Control applies, Higher Level Quality Assurance (Manufacturers) applies. Surge and Sustainment are NOT required. "This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla. procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA." PIPRS will be used as part of the evaluation process. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
