- SIGN REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), St. George Field Office, intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to include labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, except for specified Government-furnished property, to: 1. Construct six (6) manufactured stone veneer sign bases and install signs; 2. Remove six (6) existing sign bases; 3. Install thirty-one (31) signs on wood posts. Location: Work shall be at thirty-eight (38) sites in Washington County, Utah. Maps and coordinates are attached. No official site tour is planned. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the project locations and/or familiarize themselves with the project areas before preparing and submitting bids. This project is 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 238990 with a size standard of $15.0 million. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 60 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $30,000.
