- Specification AHI (WPB 87364 Solicitation I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be satisfied using FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. II. The solicitation number is HSCG80-16-Q-P45N93. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). III. The incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88. IV. This requirement is a competitive small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336611, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. V. A list of the contract line item numbers (CLINS), for the contract can be found in Attachment I: Solicitation, on page 7 of 49. Insert unit and total price for all CLINS listed on page 7 of the attachment. VI. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT (a) The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, facilities and such other things as are necessary, except as otherwise specified, to perform dry docking repairs, and alterations to the vessel, in accordance with this solicitation and attached specifications. (b) Failure to read the specifications in their entirety will not relieve the offeror from the responsibility for properly estimating the difficulty or price of successfully performing the work. Failure to do so will be at the offeror's risk. Contract Type: The USCG, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to award a single firm fixed-price, contract. Period of Performance: The performance period for this requirement shall be completed within forty-eight (48) calendar days from 10 August 2016 to 26 September 2016.
