- Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement per attached drawings and specifications. The principle components of work include repairing bituminous surfaces (crack sealing), asphalt skin patching, seal coating, and some building caulking at various locations in North Dakota. See attached specification and drawing for details. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238990 with a size standard of 15 Million. This will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest overall price while meeting the requirements of the specification and drawing.
