- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-88 and Defense Change Notice 20160630. Service Contract Act (SCA) WD 05-2351 applies. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System NAICS) code 561621 “Security System Services (except Locksmith). The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $20.5 Million. Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) has a requirement for a new Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Installation of (IDS) at Naval Criminal Investigative Services located at Naval Criminal Investigative Service located at Naval Weapons Station (NWS), Bldg C46, Earle, New Jersey.
