- Statement of Work Request for Information The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are able to provide all item/services listed below and the cost associated to acquire tese specific items/services. All Information is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. MFG: Schnieder Electric Description: Power Monitoring Expect (PME) Software. The contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, supplies, setup, tools, equipmewnt, technical supervision, all programming required to upgrade from SMS software. Please review attached Request for Information along with Statement of Work. All interested parties should return a copy of the attached Request for Information to Jack Caniglia at jack.caniglia.3@us.af.mil no later than Monday, 25 July 2016.
