- PR 0064505675 NSN 1680-01-541-1988 Issue Date: August 03, 2016 Close Date: September 02, 2016 BELT, AIRCRAFT SAFETY, IAW BAE SYSTEMS PROTECTION SYSTEMS Cage 54786 P/N 112409-101 and/or CARLETON LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS INC. Cage 99251 P/N 920005-13 Manufacture IAW Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. Requirement is a 100% unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Electronic quotes are NOT acceptable for this solicitation. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 121 each. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. This is a Life Support Item therefore Surplus Material WILL NOT be accepted. Higher Level Quality is required. Critical Application Item The required production lead-time is after receipt of order (ARO). FOB: Origin I: Origin A: Origin Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
