- Attached Item List The 633d Contracting Squadron has a requirement to procure a Qmatic Upgrade including the attached list of products for the 633 Medical Group on Langley AFB, VA. The 633d Contracting Squadron intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The 633d Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price purchase order with Technical Communities, Inc.; 1111 Bayhill Drive Suite 400 San Bruno, CA 94066. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334290 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer, Christopher Hardcastle at christopher.hardcastle.1@us.af.mil within 10 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. Responses are due by July 28, 2016 at 12:00 P.M. EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract nor is the Government responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
