- The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR Part 13. Simplified Acquisition Procedures to University of North Carolina, for National Consortium for Data Science (NCDS). This is a sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 © (1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed via email to Evangelina Langett at Langett.evangelina@epa.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Responses to the notice must be submitted within Five calendar days of the electronic posting. A determination not to compete this requirements is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
