- Drawing - Bldg. 320 Paint Kitchen 2016 Plan-Model Drawing - Bldg. 320 Concrete Schematic 2016 Solicitation Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a firm fixed price supply contract to procure a Paint Kitchen/Mixing Room capable of dispensing coatings from the paint kitchen as well as dispensing small batch coatings from the mixing room system located at Building 320 at LEAD, Chambersburg, PA. This procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-16-R-0044 will be released O/A 8 July 2016, with a Closing date O/A 19 August 2016. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
