- This posting constitutes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's intent to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to acquire Japan Aircraft Pilot Association (JAPA) Publications to JAPA in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.302-1(a)(1). The required publications are only available from one Japanese firm. The estimated award amount is $17,742.83. The statutory authority for the sole source acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to acquire commercial items using FAR Part 13.1. The applicable NAICS code is 511120 and the size standard is $15.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or solicitation of offers. There is no solicitation available.
