- The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to WideOpenWest (Wow) for services to provide cable television services for 200+ outlets at the HQ AMC and USASAC, Redstone Arsenal, AL. Cable and wireless internet service is required for the HQ AMC band, Redstone Arsenal, AL, to include cable rental modem. The required licenses are only available through IT Governance, the provider. FAR 6.302-1(c) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will statisfy agency requirements - brand name description.
