- Notice of intent for award of a sole source purchase order to acquire (10) Internet protocol cameras; (2) networked video recorders; (2) TV monitors; installation and training; service and maintenance agreement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Kirtland AFB Dormitories intend to award a sole source contract to Senspex Applied Science and Technology for the installation, servicing, and maintenance for the fore-mentioned requirements; buildings 20221, 20352. Senspex is the current servicer and maintenance integrator for the existing system in dormitory 20222. The current maintenance agreement expires 31 May 2021. The future requirement will interface with the current camera system, which will allow staff to monitor multiple buildings from one location on the same/existing system. Any new additions or modifications to the current system will void the system's warranty. Adding components to the existing system with the current integrator will allow staff to work with one servicer and will assist them in maintaining a system they are already familiar with. Anticipated date of award is 3 August 2016.
